Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

Your personal data. By registering on this forum, you agree that it may collect some of your personal data. Official Forum Rules And Guidelines Onoclast Forum wants to promote a clean, healthy, respectful atmosphere where people are not afraid to ask questions and participate in this community. While we do understand that religious and political discussions can be a very volatile topic we ask that members remember to respect each other’s opinions even in the heat of debate. We are all here to enlightened or enlighten others. Further still some are here to just have a good time, read, and chat with others. With that in mind, ere are the rules: Section 1 THE BIG RULES: Violation of these rules is ground for immediate/reasonable banning of your account. This can be a temporary ban or a permanent lifetime ban at the discretion of the staff member who implements it. If your account is banned you will no longer have any of the privileges associated with being a registered member of Onoclast Forum. No profanity or swearing in subject lines, signatures or body of your message. This also includes Usernames. No flaming of other members to incite or perpetuate a conflict or argument. Any personal attacks or name calling will get you a warning. Multiple infractions will get you banned. No bombing forums or threads with pointless posts. No linking or posting of pornographic or objectionable material. No linking or promoting other religious related sites that you own or are affiliated with. Spamming is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate account termination after multiple warnings. Do not impersonate others individuals or falsely represent yourself. Do not discuss, suggest, engage, or encourage any illegal activity on the forums. Linking to locations that deal with any such activity are also forbidden. Posting under secondary usernames or alias user names other than your main account for any reason is grounds for having your posting privileges revoked in all accounts unless reasonable excuse is presented. You must have a valid e-mail account in your profile so you can be reached by a forum moderator or administrator. Section 2 These are here to help you (and others) have an enjoyable experience here. Respect both forum moderators and administrators. It is a thankless, unpaid job that they do, and cleaning up other people’s messes is never fun. SHOUTHING. Try to avoid using all caps for multiple words when posting. Try to post to the category/forum that is most appropriate for the topic being presented. No cross-posting. (starting a multiple thread(s) on the same topic) Respect the privacy of other members and individuals. Do not post personal information about them (I.e. addresses, phone numbers, pass words, etc.) without their consent. Observe all copyright laws when posting copyrighted material. Do not post messages that violate Federal, State, Provincial, or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound to NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Moderators and administrators frequently review forum messages for those that are in violation of these rules. Any messages found to be in violation may be deleted with a warning and explanation after words. The administrator also reserves the right to ban or issue an infraction to any user, at any time, for any reasonable reason with explanation afterwards. Section 3 Paragraph 1 There are going to be topics and discussions that will spur heated debates and discussions. Please think before you post or re-read what you type before you post it. Keep your comments limited to the debate at hand and not make this a personal issue between you and another reader. There is a tremendous diversity in age, race, gender, language, location (worldwide), and more here. There will be a lot of varying opinions on different subjects. We’re all human beings and we’re all drawn to this site because we have a common bond as either Atheist, Agnostic, and Theist or just people interested in the subject matter discussed here. Paragraph 2 Considering the real-time nature of this message board, it is impossible for moderators to review all messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that the administrator and the moderators can not actively monitor the contents of every posted message and are not responsible for any messages posted but their own. The administrator and the moderators do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any messages but their own. The messages express the views of the author of the messages, not necessarily the views of the entity living, dead, or imaginary. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encourage to contact us immediately by e-mail or private message (PM). The administrator and the moderators have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within the reasonable time frame, if determined to removals is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately but our own. Paragraph 3 You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this Discussion Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of personal privacy, or otherwise volatile of any law(s). You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or Onoclast Forum, or you have permission, and you cite it appropriately. Paragraph 4 Although this Discussion Forum does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages but our own, the administrator and the moderators reserve the right to delete any message for any reasonable reason. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the administrator and the moderators, the author of the forum software, and the host of the forum, with respect of any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). Paragraph 5 We, at this Discussion Forum also reserve the right to under force of subpoena reveal your identity or whatever information we know about you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. We will not disclose this information to any third party including law enforcement without the proper legal documentation and even then we may decide to have our own attorneys fight order. Paragraph 6 A valid e-mail address is required for registration so that your password can be sent to you personally incase you forget your own. This has been done to prevent and safeguard the Onoclast Forum forums from random attacks and people looking to cause problems and spam these forums. Onoclast Forum does *NOT* sell or distribute your e-mail address to any third parties. The option to have your e-mail address visible in your posts on these forums is controlled and determined by settings in your profile which you control. If you feel uncomfortable submitting your e-mail address, you can go to a number of free e-mail services on the Internet to get a second e-mail address for the purpose of registering on message boards such as this one. Paragraph 7 Please note the advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on these discussion forums in posts by users. Onoclast Forum reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Such changes will be posted on this page.
